How does the free tier work?
Free accounts can run 3 evaluations per day. The counter resets at midnight ET.
How do I cancel?
All billing takes place within Stripe. Pro users with paid subscriptions can cancel via the Stripe Customer Portal. If you are a Free user and wish to cancel your account, please email upcevaluator@gmail.com.
What if I sign up for a paid plan first without having already signed up for a free account?
This will still generate an account for you using the email address you entered when you paid however you will need to generate a password using the "Reset password" function available in the Support tab. Once this is reset, you will be able to login to the Chrome extension.
